- a testament to a rich life

HOW I WORK

Funeral photography is just one of many things to consider in a very short period of time so I have adopted a simple four step approach.

The first step

The funeral home will contact me to determine my availability and if I am, it will provide the contact details of the family representative for me to deal with.

The second step

I will contact the family representative to find out what they would like photographed (family groups, the committal, the viewing). I will then suggest a suitable funeral photography package. Whilst not essential, the Order form could be filled out and faxed to me. No deposit or payment is asked for funerals within metropolitan Sydney.

The third step

I will meet the family representative briefly prior to the funeral service and confirm what is required to be photographed. I will then discretely photograph the funeral and family or other groups as requested. The ideal time to photograph family groups is after the funeral service and committal.

The final step

Within a week of the funeral, in a private area on my website, the draft Remembrance Book and selected photos will be published. I can then meet with the family representative to finalise the Remembrance book design. When the Remembrance book design is finalised, payment will be requested. The book(s) will generally be available within four weeks following payment. The images can be shared on-line with friends within one week of the funeral.
